  • UPS Next Day AM: For the swiftest delivery within the U.S., select this option for $59.99 USD.

  • UPS Saturday Delivery: Get your order on a Saturday within the U.S. for $59.99 USD.

  • International Shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout for international orders via UPS, USPS, or DHL.

Ground & Standard Delivery Times:

  • Orders that qualify for free ground shipping may take 1 to 6 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Please refer to our provided map for transit time estimation.

Free Shipping:

Orders eligible for free shipping promotions will be shipped at no cost to you via ground delivery. The specific shipping method may be determined at our discretion.

Returns:

Return shipping charges for items not covered under warranty or for items damaged or defective will be deducted from any refunds issued.

Insurance:

Domestic Shipping Outside the Contiguous:

For orders within the United States but outside of the 48 contiguous states (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and FPO addresses), we offer ground delivery. APO and FPO addresses require shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping and Delivery Problems:

In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, the shipping carrier will conduct an investigation. Please contact Maison Beautique within 10 business days of the item's shipment from our warehouse to initiate a tracer. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim. Claims may take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier accepts responsibility for the loss or damage, insurance reimbursement will be issued to Maison Beautique, and replacement items will be shipped. If the original item is no longer available and a similar item is not accepted, we will refund your original payment.

If you notice any discrepancies with your order or receive the wrong item, please contact Maison Beautique within 5 days to rectify the situation. Failure to report product discrepancies within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement. Do not use items that you believe are incorrect, as it may void our ability to exchange or replace them. For international shipping inquiries, please refer to our International Shipping Issues section. If your item is defective, contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Providing photographs of the defective item will help us assist you better.

Packaging:

In the unlikely event that you receive goods with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc., Maison Beautique reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold. We cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer's original packaging.
